How do I create a Username and Password?

It takes only a minute or two to set up your own personalized Username and Password. Once you do so, you'll never have to worry about keeping up with changing 4-digit passwords week to week. Instead, you'll have your own easy-to-remember login for instant access to our website at any time.

You will need two things before you begin:

  1. Your Zip Code or Postal Code (from the mailing address on your subscription account)
  2. Your Account Number. You can find your Account Number at the very bottom of your emailed High Octane Trader Issues.  Or you can contact Customer Service at 877-694-5194 and they can look up your account number for you.

*SET UP NOTE: For you night owls, please note that you will be unable to modify your account information weekday evenings between 11 p.m. and 12:30 a.m. and weekend evenings 10 p.m. to 11:30 p.m., when our database is down for routine updates.

My Username and Password aren't working.

If you have a personalized Username and Password, your login information will remain active for as long as you're a subscriber to High Octane Trader. If you are an active subscriber and your Username and Password are not working please verify the following:

Be sure to type your Username and Password in exactly the way you did when you set it up. Your login information IS case sensitive, so be sure your Caps Lock isn't mistakenly on or off.

  • Be sure you are not trying to activate a NEW Username and Password during a weekday evening between 11:00 pm and 12:30 am or a weekend evening between 10:00 pm to 11:30 pm, when our database is down for routine updates. If you are, try to log in using your old Username and Password in the meantime.

If you do NOT have a personalized Username and Password, please be sure you are using the current 4-digit Password. Remember, it changes every month. You can find this Password at the bottom of the High Octane Trader Issues emailed to you. You should use newuser as your username.

I forgot my Username and Password. What do I do?

If you've forgotten either your Username or Password, we can email them to you at the email address you provided when you signed up. Click here for this option. If you didn't provide an email address, you can call Customer Service at 1-877-694-5194, and they will assist you.

How do I change my Username and Password?

If you have already created a unique Username and Password, click here to change it.

You will be unable to change your temporary Username and Password you received when you first signed up to this service. You must first create a personal Username and Password. This will require your account number and zip code. Your account number can be found in the emailed online announcement. Click here to begin the process to create your unique account.

I just subscribed to the service, but I don't know my account number.

You will receive an account number when you receive your first emailed online announcement, and then you can use it to set up your Username and Password. In the meantime, you can enter the site using "newuser" as your Username and the temporary Password you received when you subscribed. If you don't have your temporary Password available, please call Customer Service at 1-877-694-5194.

I already gave you an email address when I signed up for the service, why do I have to give it to you again?

The email you gave us when you created your Username and Password will be used only to send you an email if you forget your Username and Password. For security purposes, we keep this information separate from your other account information, so it is possible for you to have more than one email address on record with us.

If I'm an AOL user, how do I ensure that I receive all emails from Hilary Kramer?

As an AOL user, you are able to take advantage of many of the new and improved features offered with the release of the new versions of AOL. One of these features allows the user to distinguish email from known sources versus email from unknown sources.

To ensure that you receive special email messages about the High Octane Trader service, please take a moment to add Hilary Kramer to your address book. This can be done by simply completing the three steps below:

  1. Open an email message that you have received from Hilary Kramer.
  2. On the far right side of the open email message, click on the Add Address icon.
  3. A separate window will appear called Contact Details. Click "Save" in the bottom left-hand corner of the window and this will add Hilary Kramer's address to your address book. We share your commitment to finding the right investments, and want to ensure that you continue to receive the best information to help you reach your financial goals. By completing these steps, you can rest assured that our best effort will be made to deliver important messages from Hilary Kramer.
